We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain Services require payment of subscription fees.

a) Billing

Subscriptions may be offered on a:

  • monthly basis;
  • quarterly basis;
  • annual basis; or
  • other promotional billing periods.

You agree to provide accurate and valid payment information.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including:

  • Stripe
  • PayPal

StockInsight.PRO does not store complete payment card information.

b) Automatic Renewals

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processors to automatically charge the applicable subscription fees until cancellation.

c) Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Access to paid content generally remains available until the end of the active subscription period.

d) Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated otherwise, all subscription payments are non-refundable.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

e) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, payment reversals, or payment disputes after receiving access to paid content may result in:

  • immediate suspension of Services;
  • permanent account termination;
  • recovery actions for unpaid amounts and related costs where permitted by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services for unlawful purposes;
  • violate any applicable laws or regulations;
  • impersonate another person or entity;
  • interfere with website functionality or security;
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
  • upload malicious code or harmful software;
  • use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated systems without prior written permission;
  • reverse engineer any part of the Services;
  • engage in fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive conduct.

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate legal action.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials available through the Services, including but not limited to:

  • articles;
  • market commentary;
  • graphics;
  • logos;
  • databases;
  • research publications;
  • software;
  • website design and structure;
  • StockInsight™ branding;

are owned by StockInsight.PRO and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to you through your use of the Services.

Premium Content Restrictions

Premium reports, newsletters, subscriber-only articles, institutional research, and other paid materials are licensed solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • copy;
  • reproduce;
  • distribute;
  • republish;
  • share;
  • sublicense;
  • sell;
  • publicly display; or
  • commercially exploit

any premium content without our prior written consent.

Unauthorized sharing or redistribution may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

7. Financial Information Disclaimer

StockInsight.PRO provides information solely for informational and educational purposes.

Nothing contained within the Services constitutes:

  • investment advice;
  • financial advice;
  • legal advice;
  • tax advice;
  • accounting advice; or

No Fiduciary Relationship

Your use of the Services does not create any:

  • fiduciary relationship;
  • advisory relationship;
  • agency relationship;
  • partnership;
  • employment relationship; or
  • professional-client relationship

between you and StockInsight.PRO.

8. No Warranty

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOCKINSIGHT.PRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING:

  • MERCHANTABILITY;
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT;
  • ACCURACY;
  • RELIABILITY;
  • AVAILABILITY;
  • UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS.

We do not warrant that:

  • the Services will always be available;
  • the Services will be secure or error-free;
  • defects will be corrected;
  • the Services will be free from viruses or harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOCKINSIGHT.PRO, ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • indirect damages;
  • incidental damages;
  • consequential damages;
  • special damages;
  • punitive damages;
  • loss of profits;
  • loss of business opportunities;
  • loss of data;
  • investment losses;
  • trading losses;

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO STOCKINSIGHT.PRO DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations; therefore, certain limitations may not apply to you.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, tools, platforms, or services, including payment providers, analytics services, financial data providers, social media platforms, and communication services.

We do not control and are not responsible for:

  • third-party content;
  • service availability;
  • data accuracy;
  • privacy practices;
  • terms of use.

Your use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.

11. Suspension and Termination

  • payment obligations are not fulfilled;

StockInsight.PRO shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • internet outages;
  • cyberattacks;
  • acts of government;
  • labor disputes;
  • war;
  • terrorism;
  • pandemics;
  • failures of third-party providers;
  • power interruptions; or
  • other force majeure events.

Your continued use of the Services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
