INVESTING.COM
Introduction
New articles will be added to this section on a regular basis. Please note that although many of the offers presented are free of charge, there are also paid versions of many of them, which of course offer considerably more functions. We will limit ourselves to the free versions, but you are of course free to subscribe to the premium versions and benefit from a wide range of additional options.
Details
Investing.com is a classic investor website with a nice app for Android and iOS. I use it myself in the free version. Although the ads in the free version are quite intrusive, it’s fine with me.
Let’s dive in. Just type in a stock symbol and you get an overview (see screenhots below).

The charts are from the Tradingview platform which is know for their excellent and highly detailed charts which are configurable to a great extent to suit your needs.
I particularly like the Economic Events Calendar, which is visually simple and contains events from all over the world and can be customized to your taste with filters. Here’s an example:

For bitcoin lovers, investing.com contains an overview of countless bitcoin alternatives and news. You’ll also get a plethora of information about commodities, foreign currencies (forex).
The stock screener contains enough filters and configuration options to satisfy most requirements, but some advanced filter require the “Pro” or “Pro+” subscription.
With the free version, you’re allowed to create watchlists. What I like is the free “Stock Technical Indicators” page, which contains a selection of indicators/metrics.

Another nice option is the Stock Analyst Ratings page. It contains not only the pure analyst rating update (upgrade, reiterate, downgrade etc.), but also background details about the new rating. And even that is for free, an example can be seen here (free registration and login is necessary).
There are also the usual calendars like Earnings Calendar, Dividend Calendar or even an IPO Calendar.
Other nice features are the SEC filings or Insider Trade News. An example of a SEC filing can be found here. I particulary like the Company News, here’s an example. Remember, all those options are included in the free plan as well, that’s why I love it so much.
Premium version
There are 2 different price plans, the Pro and Pro+. The latter costs around $25/month (if not on sale). Both are ad-free. The “Pro+” contains some relevant extensions like the ability to export/download data for offline usage, 10-year financial data history and many more stock metrics compared to the “Pro” plan that costs about half ot the Pro+ plan.
Conclusion
For me one of the best investor websites because a lot of information is available for free. Only registration is required. The app is updated regulary, the only annoying thing are the obstrusive ads when you log in or switch between apps on your phone.
The premium sites are rather expensive for me, considering what you get in return. I think there are better alternatives like SeekingAlpha.
